The appeal of parkour — or the “art of displacement”, in which the participant uses his/her entire body to avoid obstacles — has spread fast and wide since its beginnings in France. The fusion of extreme sports, martial arts and a cheeky, no-guts-no-glory approach has found the freeform style an all-embracing audience. Join Urban Freeflow’s Staying Alive workshop and further develop your skills and technical ability as a traceur — one trained in parkour — and before you know it, you’ll be speed-vaulting and palm-spinning with the finesse of a pro.
